PropTech Customer Success Manager role based in Paris, France

About our client

Creating an exceptional occupant experience, everywhere, all the time: that’s the mission of our client since 2016! They are a web and mobile application to improve the well-being of occupants in their workplace and living space.

The solution promotes a better flow of information, the creation of a community and centralises all available services. In practice, you can book your desk in a flex office, report an incident or open the door to your flat or a meeting room from a single app.

Today, they have thousands of users throughout Europe! The application is available in more than 800 buildings, ranging from head offices to coworking spaces, and coliving. Parfums Christian Dior, Mama Works, Amundi and Covivio are among its clients.

Your missions:
  • Onboarding: Guide and onboard new customers towards a successful implementation and create fast time to value.
  • Training: continuously train each new partner to make the best out of their solutions, drive adoption and usage.
  • Project Management: Responsible for the project management before launch, proactively communicating on deadlines and delays
  • Growth: Identifies revenue expansion opportunities and creation of up-sell and cross-sell
  • Contribute to our client’s product development by transmitting client’s feedback to both product and marketing teams: you are the customer’s voice.

About you
  • 2-4 years’ experience as a Customer Success Manager or equivalent
  • You have strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, multitask
  • You are hands-on, self-driven and proactive.
  • Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
  • Excellent communication skills and passion for service
  • Patient and active listener
Their hiring process
  • A 30-minute video call with one of their Talent Managers, to better know you and answer any questions you might have
  • A 60-minute video call with your VP of Customer Success to be aligned on expectations on both sides and discuss how you would work together
  • A remote exercise to evaluate your skills and give you a taste of what working at this company is like
  • Interview onsite with future team members
  • Reference check and final call or onsite interview with your manager and the Head of Growth and Expansion.
