Job Overview:
My client is a Private Equity-backed international startup with offices in LA, New York & London. They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail or hospitality and a proven track record of building successful relationships with retailers. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring the success of our retail partners by providing excellent customer service and support, as well as developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
 
Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, including key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth and expansion with existing retail partners.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure the success of our retail partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor customer feedback and identify areas for improvement in our products and services.
  • Manage and prioritize a large portfolio of retail partners to ensure each partner receives the appropriate level of attention and support.
  • Provide regular reports to management on the success of our retail partnerships and any issues that need to be addressed.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in retail and customer success.

 
Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or sales, with a focus on building relationships with retailers.
  • Strong understanding of the retail industry and the challenges faced by retailers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and support.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Experience working with CRM and customer success software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
