They already serve more than 300 customers in many different sectors (retail, real estate, consulting companies, cities…) all over Europe to help them expand their businesses, analyze or predict performances of investments, understand their customers’ habits, benchmark their results with competition.
Our client is a hyper growing scale up (+130%/year) supported by a 10 Millions € Series A fundraising round with Alven and Kernel Investissements in September 2021 to finance its European expansion.
Your role: In the middle of a scale-up phase, our client’s Account Management and Customer Success team is structuring and growing as part as the global Revenue Team. In this context, they are recruiting their next Customer Success Manager Italy in order to ensure perfect and smooth onboarding and adoption of their clients in Italy, fully run clients’ partnership and make sure their local clients have an excellent hygiene.
Your team: The Italian team is lead by the Head of Sales Italy and will include for one Account Executive Italy, one Business Development Representative Italy and one Customer Success Manager Italy. The team is growing as the international roll out just started and Italy is one of our client’s top priorities.
