PropTech Customer Success Manager role based in Germany
Your mission
You support our client’s customers on the path to digitization from the very beginning and thus consolidate healthy customer loyalty along the customer lifecycle
You are responsible for the smooth onboarding of new customers and ensure with (online) training that they enjoy their software in the long term and at the same time make their processes more efficient
You support customers even after onboarding in using our client’s solutions more and more effectively and thus bring them to success
You represent your customer portfolio to their development teams and independently pursue their ideas and requests
You develop best practice scenarios together with the Customer Success Team and communicate them internally and externally
You use your creativity to develop and update supporting customer materials (e.g. guides, webinars, letter templates)
This position is available at locations in Munich, Berlin and Frankfurt a.M.
Your profile
You have a degree or relevant vocational training and ideally have initial professional experience in the field of customer service
You are communicative, have strong organizational skills and are able to quickly establish a goal-oriented working relationship with various parties involved
You have very good German skills (C2) and good English skills (B2)
Experience in Software-as-a-Service and the real estate industry (e.g. property management) is not a must, but definitely a plus
