PropTech Customer Success Lead role based Remotely in France/ Benelux

To grow this venture, they are looking for a dedicated Customer Success Lead to support their Operations team.

The job

You need to know what is currently ongoing internally at the clients. And try to find a way to measure and to gather every feedback. Ideally becoming able to react with reports, documents, and actions to increase the satisfaction level of the clients (structuring for scalability).

Our client’s team is looking for a strong candidate to further secure a good journey for their customer.  They are looking for someone that has been involved in the typical processes in similar situations. You have set-up the approach from scratch and/or have been executing it in larger teams. (customers journey in control).

In this role, you will be responsible for setting-up this trajectory together with key persons in the company, building following components:

  • Create a customer’s happiness dashboard.
  • Initiate testing and gathering feedback on individual customers.
  • Defining the different questions, the typical client has during the life cycle.
  • Test drive certain proposals to answer these (closely working together with Development and Marketing).
  • It will be customer-facing, with the intention to test drive certain proposals and to automate them afterwards.
  • In this role, you will have regular visits on-site and we count on your natural ability to listen and to find the hidden gems in the conversations. You make this customer an ambassador for life.
  • Your territory is Benelux and France. First visits are likely in person with the ability to follow-up on them afterwards remotely.
Your profile
  • Ability to listen and to explore the gems in a conversation.
  • To go beyond the proposed solutions by the customer and to identify the root cause problem.
  • To give pro-active feedback and/or reporting.
  • Internal customer support liaison and good feedback loop.
  • To turn issues into positive customer experiences.
  • Self-starting and eager to learn and to experiment to see what works (entrepreneurial spirit).
  • To have affinity with commercial customer behavior.
  • Eager to connect and to initiate exchange.
  • You work together with software engineers to create the automation your customer needs.
  • Proven track record with customer success processes and customer journey (5-10 years).
  • We are serving the real estate business: affinity with this market is an asset.
  • In this role your personality and experience will be key and is more important than degrees.
  • Professional proficiency in English, Dutch and French. Reports and customer contact should be drafted in Dutch and/or French.

In this position you report directly to the Operations team.
