Our client is one of the world’s largest Real Estate Investment Managers. They are highly reputable in the market and have over 800 clients globally with €88 billion in assets under management across all property types in North America, Europe and APAC.
However, like many companies in the Industry, they have not paid close attention to their Data Governance/Data Management across their European business. Therefore, they are currently looking to hire a unique and exciting role in the business.
Summary of the role:
They are looking to hire a Chief Transformation Officer to help build their Data Management function from scratch whilst also helping to manage the IT team which consists of 12 people (+15 contractors). In the short term, on the Data Management side, the position will be hands-on however they will look to build a team underneath this person after 6 months.
This is a Pan-European role, so there is a lot of scope for growth. Their preference is to bring on someone who is a self-starter, energetic and hands-on. In other words, someone who is prepared to roll their sleeves up when necessary. They have 10 offices in Europe with over 470 employees, so in reality, the team could include 15 people with one person in each location.
To be considered for this role, you must be based or willing to relocate to Paris and be capable of speaking fluent French.
