PropTech Customer Success Manager role based in Paris, France

Notre client, créé en 2016 a pour mission de booster la performance des acteurs de l’immobilier commercial (Retail, Foncières, Collectivités locales, Conseil) grâce à une solution Saas innovante de data d’emplacement et de flux (piétons/véhicules).

Nous avons déjà convaincu plus de 250 clients de travailler avec nous à travers l’Europe afin de les aider à étendre leur business, d’analyser et de prédire la performance de leurs investissements, de comprendre les habitudes de leurs clients, de se benchmarker à leurs concurrents.

Notre client est une Scale-up en hyper croissance (+130%) supportée notamment par une Série A de 10 millions d’€ auprès d’ALVEN et de KERNEL Investissements en Septembre 2021 pour poursuivre le développement de notre plateforme et financer notre déploiement à l’international. Notre ambition est de devenir rapidement le Leader Européen des solutions data pour l’immobilier commercial.

Nous sommes aujourd’hui plus de 60 talents dans 5 pays différents, avides de continuer à grandir et à faire évoluer l’entreprise.

Job Description

Your role: In the middle of a scale-up phase, la Account Management and Customer Success team is structuring and growing as part of the global Revenue Team. In this context, they’re recruiting their  next Customer Success Manager France in order to ensure a perfect and smooth onboarding and adoption of their clients, fully run clients’ partnerships and make sure the company’s clients have excellent hygiene.

Your team: You will work in a team of 5 Customer Success Managers and report to their Head of Account Management and Customer Success. The team will keep growing in the coming months/years. Enrich it, share your vision, and grow within the company!

Your Mission

  • You launch & manage the use of the company’s solution on the clients’ side
  • You coordinate business reviews with decision-makers
  • You monitor customer engagement & proactively engage users
  • You contribute to enhancing our solution by collecting feedback and sharing it internally
  • You ensure our clients are fully satisfied
  • You identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with the Account manager to win them

This job is for you if
  • You have experience in a CSM role, ideally in SaaS B2B and in a challenging environment
  • You master the basics of CSM
  • You have a proven track record of overachieving targets
  • You are resilient, coachable and have a troubleshooter mindset
  • You have strong presentation & organizational skills
  • You have a great capacity to adapt and are not afraid to join a start-up where things change quickly
  • You speak English and French perfectly
