About the role

Their European expansion plans are ambitious and exciting, and they’re looking for a France Country Manager to join their global team as they scale their business and rapidly expand into new markets across Europe & the UK.

You will be an integral member of the Global team, working closely with the Global VP of Sales, in the successful launch and expansion of their company in France.

While revenue, revenue, revenue will be your primary responsibility, you will work closely with the leaders of Acquisitions, Finance, Marketing, HR and Home Operations, amongst others.

This is a unique opportunity to be an early member of the Global team within a fast-growing rocket ship with a seasoned crew of successful leaders in the real estate and property tech space.

What You’ll Do:
  • Drive Revenue.
  • Agree on annual revenue targets and produce a detailed annual sales plan. Deliver monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
  • Produce sales performance reports, on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
  • Prepare and provide accurate forecasts.
  • Deep dive local learning into the local market, and effectively adapt their sales approach and process accordingly.
  • Be involved in the touring, approval and acquisition of new properties.
  • Create lasting relationships with potential prospects and new owners.
  • Responsible for recruiting and managing staff, including performance monitoring and mentoring and training.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team, in ensuring brand visibility in the local market.
  • Be mission driven, a cultural carrier and have the ability to work in a team environment.
  • Travel up to 50% of the time for team collaboration and market support
You’ll be a Great Fit if You Have:
  • Experience in a Sales Leadership/Country Manager role.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent networking skills.
  • Solid understanding of budgeting and sales planning.
  • Track record of over-achieving sales targets within a fast-paced work environment.
  • Ability to recruit staff and monitor performance.
  • Experience within European real estate preferred.
  • Experience in early-stage, fast moving tech organisations.
  • Full professional fluency in English.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Must have residency status in the EU, and the right to work in France.
  • BA or college degree, or equivalent.
