Our client is looking for an experienced and dynamic Country Manager for their new office in Milan, who has a proven track record in B2B sales and leadership skills. In this role you will drive growth and manage the business operations in Italy.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build-up and lead their office in Milan
- Implement the entry and growth strategy in Italy
- Have full responsibility for Sales and Business Development within Italy
- Develop and lead the Italian team
- Represent the company at industry events and promotional activities
- Report directly to the CEO
PROFILE
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar position with personnel responsibility
- Proven experience and knowledge of the construction and / or real estate industry
- Proven track record in sales
- Proven track record in B2B SaaS is a plus
- Proven leadership and management skills
- Excellent spoken and written Italian and English skills
- Driving License for cars
- Willingness to travel
