Client Partner Manager

About the Role
  
Our client is seeking a Client Partner Manager to support its continued global growth. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end client relationship post-sale, with a primary focus on driving customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue expansion through strategic upselling. The Client Partner owns the commercial relationship and is accountable for achieving an assigned sales quota.
  
Key Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and sustained engagement.
• Identify and execute expansion opportunities through structured account planning, including upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
• Lead renewal discussions and define the overarching account strategy.
• Oversee onboarding and implementation in partnership with delivery teams to ensure client requirements are effectively addressed.
• Serve as the strategic advisor and primary escalation point for commercial matters.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in an Account Manager, Client Partner, or similar client-facing commercial role.
• Demonstrated ability to build and sustain strong relationships with senior executive stakeholders.
• Advanced communication and negotiation capabilities.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate plans into effective execution.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot) preferred.
