Having achieved 100% sales growth year on year, the business plans to grow by the same margin for the next two years. In order to sustain this accelerated growth period, the business requires a core of great talent, infrastructure and working framework.

The product, is a hosted ‘cloud-based’ solution which supports the day-to-day management of a facilities management operation. It handles work order requests via private and public forms which are then managed through their fully dynamic workflows. The user experience is optimised, tailored and personalised in order to ensure maximum impact and engagement levels.
The Product allows their clients to manage their work order requests efficiently, communicate with their supply chain, request and manage quotes or invoices and analyse their data through reports and dashboards. It’s also a way of managing recurring maintenance schedules easily and demonstrating building compliance.
They celebrate simplicity and remove friction points in order to effortlessly integrate their technology. This framework provides their clients with the tools and know how to deliver an FM strategy which saves time, money, reduces risk and improves service performance.
This is a board level position that comes with a high degree of responsibility and autonomy. You will be the technical authority for the product responsible for the technical delivery of the product roadmap in line with the business strategy.
As the CTO, you will ensure that the technical architecture, infrastructure and security of their SaaS product is underpinned and that there is a strategy to grow the product’s existing functionality as well as enhance and adapt for new customers and market opportunities. As well as being the technical and product lynch pin, you will also be required to recruit, train and build a highly capable tech team consisting of developers, analysts and infrastructure specialists.
In this role, you will play a multifaceted CTO who has a track record of building great software products and growing great teams. You will be working in a start up, so you must be able to expect the unexpected, be able to pivot when required with a key emphasis on delivering for the customer every time. There will be a real emphasis for you to be hands on with the development, devops, project management, code reviews, QA and testing as they build the team’s capability over the next 18 months.
