Our client is seeking a senior executive to drive technology strategy, product development, and digital innovation.
 
This role will focus on enhancing the customer experience, scaling operations, and optimizing technology adoption to support business growth.

Role Overview
The Executive will partner with leadership to implement scalable and innovative technology solutions, improve data-driven decision-making, and align technology strategy with business goals.
 
The position involves overseeing engineering, product development, and systems integration, while ensuring a strong digital and data infrastructure to support long-term success.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a technology strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee engineering, product, and data teams, ensuring seamless integration of technology solutions.
• Drive innovation and modernization, including evaluating emerging technologies.
• Optimize technology infrastructure, ensuring security, scalability, and efficiency.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration, working with leadership, product, and commercial teams.
• Establish best practices for software development, data management, and system integration.
• Build and lead a high-performing technology team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
• Manage vendor relationships and optimize external technology partnerships.
• Monitor industry trends to ensure the company remains competitive in the market.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in technology, product, and data strategy.
• Strong background in enterprise software development, systems integration, and cloud-based solutions.
• Experience with data strategy, analytics, and technology-driven revenue growth.
• Ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and influence strategic decisions.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience managing international operations and distributed teams is a plus.

Education & Experience

• Extensive experience in technology leadership, digital transformation, or software development.
• Strong track record in scaling technology teams and driving product innovation.
• Experience in real estate technology, ESG, or sustainability is a plus.
• Advanced degree (MBA or related field) preferred.

Work Environment & Travel

• Remote-first environment with international operations.
• Some travel may be required based on business needs.
