Business Development Representative role based in Texas, United States.

They are on a mission to transform the office leasing & design experience. Their platform enables property owners, tenants, and leasing teams to visualize the potential of every vacancy, engage tenants more effectively and get leases signed faster, all with less cost to owners and tenants.

They are looking for a skilled Sales Associate to acquire and manage new relationships with commercial real estate leasing agents and landlords. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with landlords and leasing agents across the country. The ideal candidate will possess both a strong understanding of the commercial real estate landscape and a proven track record of successful SaaS sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify new Commercial Real Estate developments, availabilities, and building projects for potential integration
  • Identify new prospective Commercial Real Estate customers through research and lead generation activities
  • Research decision makers in new accounts
  • Engage new accounts through email marketing, cold calling, and LinkedIn
  • Respond to inbound website inquiries
  • Qualify new opportunities & schedule demonstrations w/ sales lead
  • Assist in maintaining accurate CRM platform, collecting all relevant information for respective leads, deals, contacts, and organizations
  • Assign & maintain activities, accurate notes, and engage correct team members to ensure continuous deal velocity
  • Assist in drafting proposals based on solution design assigned by sales lead
  • Assist with regular communication with both new & existing customers
  • Respond to basic requests, or engage responsible team member via email
  • A/R tracking & management
  • Attend relevant events and build relationships with commercial real estate professionals
  • Direct customer requests & project components to correct internal resources

Skills:

  • 1-3 years of commercial real estate experience, preferably in leasing
  • Proficiency with Google Suite, MS Office, Slack, Zoom and/or other relevant software
  • Attention to CRM & opportunity details
  • Strong understanding of Commercial Real Estate, office leasing, and the various stakeholders involved
  • Professionalism, responsiveness, and reliability with customers
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills
