PropTech Business Development Manager role based in Germany

Our client is a VC-backed fast-growing startup providing machine-vision based, end-to-end, SaaS products that can transform 360 photos taken by off-the-shelf 360 cameras to a virtual 3D space. Their products are being used by tens of thousands of users, including professional photographers, real-estate brokers, construction jobsite managers, and facility security officers worldwide.

Your Responsibilities:

You will work closely with the sales and marketing team, reporting to the CEO.

  • Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers, meeting regularly with management and stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, sales process, structure, and best practices across the company
  • Planning and overseeing new market initiatives
  • Prepare and deliver pitches and presentations to potential new clients
  • Create positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients
  • Identify and research opportunities that come up in new and existing markets
  • Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, events, and presentations
  • Support deal structure and pricing with business value analysis; negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals
Your Qualifications:
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
  • Ability to develop trusted relationships
  • Experience at a high-growth startup
  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail
  • Analytically driven with skills to use data and metrics
  • Collaborative team player and self-starter
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time
  • SAAS & 3D experience is a plus
