PropTech Business Development Manager based in Europe

They personally check thousands of places taking 360 degrees and professional photography, making cool HD video tours, designing floor plans and get tons of details of each accommodation so potential tenants can securely book a whole apartment or rent an individual room in a flat or a student residence all from the comfort of their couch!

Your tasks
  • You will be a key pillar in the new business development plan for Germany
  • You will be sourcing leads from top B2B property management accounts,
  • You will negotiate portfolio pricing conditions aimed at establishing the foundation of a strong working relationship with their partners, including sustainable economics for both parties
  • You will drive sales through strategic conversations at all levels within partners
  • You will work independently with a clear focus on your sales goals as well as ensuring that booking targets are met
  • You will develop strong relationships with leading landlords, property managers, funds and large direct property owners in the B2B sector.
  • Continuous development of acquisition strategies on & offline.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with key players in the industry with focus on bringing new Supply base or new tenant base through strategic relationships
  • You will drive the company expansion to further cities in Germany
  • Achieve and consistently exceed sales goals
  • Work in close collaboration with other regional and global operations team.


Your profile


  • Ability to deal and negotiate with a senior audience
  • You have excellent communication and networking skills coupled with persuasiveness, style and the will to succeed.
  • Passion for sales, perseverance and fun in winning B2B customers
  • Enjoy solution-oriented selling as well as a high degree of initiative, service orientation
  • Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus
  • Excellent language skills in German
  • Your English is business fluent
