About the Role
Our Client is seeking a highly driven Business Development Lead with deep familiarity in the construction and AEC sector to join a rapidly growing organization. This role will focus on generating new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with key industry stakeholders, and supporting revenue growth across the U.S. market.
This position functions as a founding sales role, with significant responsibility for shaping the company’s initial U.S. sales motion from the outset. While the company maintains an existing customer base and commercial presence in the region, this role is expected to materially expand market reach through a dedicated, in-person sales effort.
The role is highly hands-on and execution-oriented, requiring direct involvement in prospecting, relationship management, and deal execution. You will collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams, contributing to both strategic direction and day-to-day execution as part of a highly engaged and entrepreneurial team environment.
