Job description

As Business Development Executive you will be responsible for the full sales cycle of key accounts.

You will need to be well-connected in the real estate and property technology markets and have experience selling Software as a Service (SaaS). Leveraging your large personal business network, you will establish and develop trusted advisor-level relationships with the executives of large property management firms.

Your principal remit will be to drive new and incremental revenue by prospecting, acquiring and developing new business. You will build a sales pipeline for prospects and work closely with partners.

You will maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions, competing offerings and market share of different services and solutions.
