Job Description:
  
Our client is presently searching for a skilled Technical Account Manager to join their team for a role based in France. Working closely with leading property companies, ISPs, governments, engineering firms, and architectural entities, this position plays a pivotal role in shaping the global landscape of digital infrastructure development.
  
The selected candidate will act as a trusted first point of contact and advisor to participating organizations, leveraging their unique perspective to ensure that the properties they engage with are optimally equipped to meet the technological demands of today’s tenants. This opportunity is well-suited for individuals aspiring to be part of a rapidly growing startup with a skilled team. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational and project management skills to effectively handle multiple tasks and clients concurrently.
  
This role offers permanent employment in Paris, with a flexible Work-from-Home policy.
  
Responsibilities:
  

  • Conduct audits of both under-development and existing buildings, adhering to the established methodology tailored for France, Belgium, and Luxembourg.
  • Facilitate technical dialogues among engineers, operators, and clients.
  • Collaborate with the business development team to conduct feasibility studies during the commercial phase or project initiation.
  • Stay abreast of technological advancements, contributing to the enhancement of expertise in the field.
  • Offer advisory services to clients, property owners, developers, and real estate agents regarding the latest technologies and their integration possibilities.
  • Maintain regular communication with Operations teams in other countries.
  • Cultivate partnerships with engineering firms across France to strengthen certification programs and future business ventures. This includes establishing relationships with MEP engineers, architects, smart building solution providers, fiber providers, and ISPs.
  • Play an active role in strategic discussions to shape innovative future business lines.

  
Qualifications:
  
The preferred candidate holds an advanced degree from an engineering school specializing in construction, real estate, digital infrastructure, or a related discipline. A solid foundational understanding of technology, familiarity with emerging technologies, and up to 3 years of professional experience are desirable. Additionally, expertise in telecom networks and specific knowledge in construction or property sectors, as well as Smart Building technology, would be advantageous.
In addition to technical qualifications, the candidate’s personality, potential, and skills are key differentiators:
Effective teamwork and interpersonal skills when engaging with clients and partners.
Proficiency in French, with the ability to express ideas in English.
Experience in project or client management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
A proactive and hands-on approach to task completion.
