Our Client is searching for BIM Modeller.

About the Role

Our Client is on a mission to empower people to design and build the infrastructure that supports life on Earth and beyond. By enhancing human capabilities, they aim to make it possible for both technical and non-technical users to design projects, estimate costs, and plan construction timelines with greater intelligence and efficiency.
To achieve this, they develop proprietary AI models with geometric and physics-based reasoning, delivered through a browser-based platform that automates pre-construction processes such as design, cost estimation, and procurement.
You will join the core BIM and data team, where you will be responsible for creating and refining high-quality Building Information Models (BIM) that train and validate our AI systems. These models form the foundation for simulating and automating entire structures and MEP systems, from early concepts to construction-ready outputs.
If you are driven by ambitious missions, enjoy solving hard problems, and are not afraid to experiment boldly (and fail often in the process).

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop complete architectural and MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection) using Autodesk Revit.
  • Perform detailed clash detection and resolution workflows with tools such as Revizto, Navisworks, or equivalent platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure project files and modeling workflows optimized for AI training and data processing.
  • Maintain LOD 300–LOD 400 standards, ensuring models reflect real-world constructability and interdisciplinary coordination.
  • Clean, tag, organize, and annotate large-scale Revit models for integration into machine learning and AI pipelines.
  • Support design rule compliance, element classification, and quality assurance/quality control across architectural and engineering disciplines.
  • Partner closely with AI and product teams to translate BIM challenges into well-defined, structured problem statements for model development.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in BIM modelling and coordination across multiple disciplines.
  • Tools: Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and Revizto for model creation, coordination, and issue management.
  • Systems Modelled: Proven experience working with architectural, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical systems.
  • Clash Detection: Skilled in conducting clash detection, resolving interdisciplinary conflicts, and supporting constructability reviews.
  • Standards: Familiar with key AEC standards, including CSI classification systems, IFC schema, and LOD specifications.
  • Communication: Strong ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with engineers, architects, and product or AI teams.
  • Attention to Detail: Commitment to producing clean, accurate, and well-structured models optimized for cross-platform use and automation.

Good to Have

  • Experience contributing to data center, healthcare, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Familiarity with point cloud to BIM and scan-to-Revit workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with Revit families, Dynamo scripting, or the Revit API for automation and customization.
  • Previous collaboration with AI/ML teams, including experience in labeling or annotating 3D/BIM datasets.
  • Understanding of COBie, ISO 19650, or other structured BIM data and handover standards.
