Job Description
  
Which is your mission?
  
Our client aims to satisfy the growing number of investors’ demand for investment opportunities. Your role will be to ensure that each investor finds the right match by developing our range of real estate projects.
  
Your role in the team:

  • You are the real estate expert of our client (you become one, don’t worry, we’ll train you!) no apartment will hold any secrets for you!
  • You will oversee a portfolio of real estate agents that the business developer in your region (with whom you work in pairs) will bring you on.
  • You will become a coach and you will monitor your real estate agents in the pricing and negotiation of their sales mandates.
  • You will oversee the entry of the properties that we will be able to offer to our investors.
  • You will become the magician of profitability, thanks to cities previously prepared to let your talent operate.
  • You will have to expand your commercial territory by involving your network of agents while respecting their catchment area.
  • You will ensure the satisfaction of our partner agencies by supporting them in the use of our SaaS solution.
  • You will have a hybrid role between a Real Estate Agent and Account Executive of a SaaS solution, a rich job that will teach you a lot both about real estate and the vast world of SaaS solutions.
