As a Marketing Operations Manager, you will drive effective execution, efficient investment, and
accountability for our client across the marketing department. You will own the company’s
marketing automation platform and related processes, including database and sales lead
management, campaign attribution and accurate ROI reporting. You will also work closely with Sales
Ops to optimize alignment and ensure marketing efforts generate high-quality leads. You will report
directly to the Sr. Marketing Manager, Demand Generation & ABM.
• Tech Stack Ownership: end-to-end ownership and management of the marketing technology
stack, tools, and relevant integrations. Work closely with Sales Ops to to organize, manage
and implement Terminus/6sense, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hubspot, Gong and Zoom Info.
• Data-driven Optimization: analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make
recommendations on areas for optimization and changes to strategy
• Strategic Planning and Execution: work with the marketing team on campaign execution,
including list sourcing, segmentation, and post-campaign analysis
• Map Execution work with demand generation and ABM teams to build architected
campaigns in Hubspot – includes supporting events and marketing team with lead lists
uploads and email sends in approved templates to ensure data hygiene
• Lead Routing: partner closely with Sales Leadership and Sales Ops to stand up, continually
improve, and refine lead scoring, lead flow process and nurturing, and ensure optimal flow
through the lead lifecycle
• Marketing attribution and reporting: build dashboards and continuously monitor marketing
KPIs, campaign performance, pipeline, HubSpot administration, and revenue attribution
• Partner with Marketing Leadership: support creation of measurement framework to assist
with spend allocation decisions, campaign execution, and internal storytelling
• Reporting: work with marketing leadership to support reporting needs across the team
• Work closely with Sales Ops Conduct Hubspot tests for emails (subject lines, copy, CTA, etc.)
and A/B tests for landing pages
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing preferred or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years experience in B2B SaaS Marketing Analytics or Operations – including 2
years experience integrating and optimizing Hubspot CRM (must be fully Hubspot certified)
• Data-driven leader who has developed shared measurement and tracking of demand
generation programs for marketing and sales – supporting sales to meet or exceed pipeline
and revenue targets
• Strong analytical and reporting skills (including mastery of Microsoft Excel)
• Incredibly process-oriented and organized, with strong ability to manage time and multiple
projects in a fast-paced startup environment – self-starter, detail-oriented, deadline-oriented, organized, resourceful
• Proven track record of building new campaigns, automated workflows, and lead scoring
(bonus for customer scoring)
Bonus Qualifications
• Experience in a startup or scaleup environment
• Professional experience in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction industry
This position is remote in US Time Zones.
You’ll also get together in person with the marketing team and entire company a few times a year
