How Does This Position Help Them Succeed?
Their mission is to be Commercial Real Estate’s modern operating system, the place where deals happen, customer relationships are nourished, and real-time market data comes to life. They’ve growing at an incredible pace and are looking for talented people to activate the broker community in the role of Broker Activation Manager.
With the brokerage community being their core user, they have a team of market focused activation managers whose sole responsibility is to make brokers in the market successful using their platform. This means not only driving general adoption but providing a white glove service in helping them service their existing customers, win new ones, and engage more efficiently with the demand side of the market (Tenant Reps and the Occupier). This team is there to help their Agency Broker partners uses them as a competitive advantage for their entire portfolio through a hands-on approach. This team will have strong relationships with every broker in their market (both Tenant reps and Agency brokers) and, if successful, should be considered an invaluable asset to them.
You will partner with the marketing team to identify and activate your top broker partners to act as their influencers. You will be a product expert and evangelist who will work with the product team to provide feedback that enables them to continue to provide the most innovative and widely adopted leasing and asset management platform for your accounts. Finally, given this role's strategic importance, you will be the spokesperson and liaison to the top teams in the market.
