PropTech Account Manager role based in France.

Our client is looking for an Account Manager to join them on their mission to solve chaos in international real estate markets.

Your role
  • Being the main go-to-person for our clients from a portfolio assigned to you, most of whom are real estate agencies/brokerages
  • Organizing and conducting workshops, training sessions, and webinars for existing clients on new product features
  • Onboarding new members of our client’s teams
  • Building relationships with decision- and opinion-makers in each agency of your portfolio
  • Helping conduct product/customer interviews to understand real problems and workflows; consult clients on our solutions or formulate feedback for our product team.
What our client is looking for
  • Native French, fluent English
  • 2+ years of experience in real estate (preferably in a brokerage/agency)
  • Love for real estate
  • Deep understanding of workflows and dynamics in transactions between brokerages/agencies
