PropTech Account Executive role based in Paris, France

The opportunity

Our client is looking for an Account Executive to join their growing sales team and introduce their platform to new clients. They have developed the first Workspace Operation System to make spaces autonomous. Office managers, building managers, and service providers can use their online platform to centralize and manage their teams and daily work.

The purpose of their platform is not to replace their client’s payroll management system or Slack. Instead, it acts as a Workspace Operating System. A primordial technological layer that will not only handle the workspace service management automatically but also – in time – allow to plug all other software into it so that it becomes a unique workspace management centralized console.


Here’s what our Account Executive does:
  • You will actively identify new business opportunities for their solution across Europe.
  • You actively communicate about their solution and make it attractive to their targets.
  • You will quickly become an expert on their platform, and you will be able to explain its benefits in detail.
  • You will participate in events to increase the visibility and awareness of their brand.
  • Your guiding principle is to monitor the smooth running of the processes in place and their daily improvement.
  • You will identify key contacts and establish, maintain, and develop relationships with key contacts and decision-makers.
  • Your interpersonal skills will enable you to best engage our partners in the use of our platform, and to resolve difficulties in collaboration with all departments.
  • As a team player, you will work in close collaboration with other departments.


Who you are: 


  • Bac +2/+5
  • Bachelor’s degree, Business Unit Management, ESC, BTS in Customer Relations.
  • You have a first experience in sales, customer support, or in another sector involving sustained contact with customers. If you worked in a SaaS environment before is a plus.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in French. English is a plus.

  • Pedagogical, you show empathy with the customers to bring them the best solutions, you listen actively, and you are precise and direct.
  • Pragmatic, you have a business approach and are results and closing oriented.
  • You are curious and autonomous.
