Our Client is seeking a high-performing Account Executive to drive new business growth across strategic mid-market and enterprise accounts. Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, discovery, solution presentations, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to generate new business opportunities within target markets and customer segments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior decision-makers, operational leaders, and executive sponsors.
• Conduct consultative discovery sessions to understand customer challenges, objectives, and business priorities.
• Deliver tailored demonstrations and presentations that clearly articulate business value and return on investment.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline that supports consistent achievement of revenue targets.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, business development, product, and customer success teams to maximize customer acquisition and growth opportunities.
• Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline reporting, and CRM hygiene to support business planning and decision-making.
• Act as a trusted advisor to prospective customers by providing market insights, industry expertise, and strategic guidance.
• Gather customer and market feedback to help inform product strategy and future solution development.

Requirements

• Proven experience in enterprise software, SaaS, technology, AI, data, cybersecurity, or other complex solution sales environments.
• Demonstrated success managing full-cycle sales processes and consistently achieving or exceeding quota targets.
• Experience selling into mid-market and enterprise organizations with multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles.
• Strong outbound prospecting and business development skills, with the ability to create and nurture new opportunities.
• Proven ability to build multi-threaded relationships across business, operational, and executive stakeholders.
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate technical capabilities into tangible business outcomes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Experience working within startup, scale-up, or rapidly growing technology businesses is advantageous.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
