About Our Client
Our client is currently on the lookout for a new Account Executive – somebody who is very much goal-orientated, self-starter with strong SaaS acumen who will break new ground and helps to grow their presence in DACH region.
Our client creates digital experiences to enable better life in buildings by helping landlords and building operators go through digital transformation to finally connect buildings with their occupiers. They are currently present in 18 markets, including London, Stockholm, Copenhagen, Zurich, Prague, and they want to strengthen their position with these markets even more
Requires Experience
- 3-5 years SaaS sales experience (ideally in Proptech)
- Hunter mindset – your motivation is coming from achieving high but achievable goals
- Fluency at German and English
- 100% revenue-generating new business role
- Experience in managing an annual quota of £350K – £500k
Responsibilities
- Generating new prospects via best-in-class sales tool and technology
- Developing into a product and industry expert
- Acting as the face of the business, responsible for quoting, negotiating, and closing new business
- Developing relationship with the key stakeholders in the Real Estate market – Landlords, Asset Managers, Heads of Digital Transformation
- Understanding, improving, and reporting sales metrics
- Forecasting (with high accuracy)
- Overseeing activities, monitoring performance and deliver continual training to the SDRs
- Working closely with the VP Sales and his team + on-site colleagues from main investor.
