PropTech Account Executive role based in London, UK

Due to continued growth our client is expanding its sales team, as such an Account Executive is required.

The Account Executive is responsible for driving sales of the solutions into the Mid-Market Commercial and Institutional real estate companies in the UK and Europe. The role reports to the Head of Sales and offers a great opportunity to share in the next stage of the company’s growth.

Having the ability and confidence to communicate both internally with colleagues and externally with prospective customers is a key requirement, so that our client key messaging can be conveyed to any level of business stakeholder. Key to our client’s success is its unique culture, and so the successful candidate should be able to have fun whilst being professional.

Role Responsibilities
  • Responsible for creating pipeline of qualified business opportunities for designated markets.
  • Develop and implement effective outbound strategies to prospect and target new clients, by utilising a number of available sales tools.
  • Provide an outstanding first exposure to our clients and their products, introducing and positioning their software and services to new clients.
  • Work effectively with internal resources to create strategies to create opportunities
  • Work very closely with the Head of Sales and together identify business opportunities and develop impactful and effective strategies to target new prospects.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue quotas for assigned markets.
  • Provide regular and accurate forecasts, ensuring that there is enough pipeline coverage in order to meet assigned revenue quotas.
Qualifications and Experience Required
  • A hard working, self-motivated person that is willing to achieve excellence.
  • Creative and assertive communication skills.
  • Open to feedback and development.
  • A minimum of 4 + years of proven SaaS sales experience in a B2B environment selling software solutions.
  • Knowledge of the Commercial Real Estate market is beneficial but not essential
  • Consistently meet/exceed sales quotas within specified timeframes.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn complex enterprise software solutions and use of that knowledge to sell to prospects.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM.
