About the Role
  • Responsible for revenue generation in your assigned territory ($1M+ ARR) within the APAC Mid- Market organization (<$3B) by selling products to prospects & existing customers.


You will do this by:
  • Establishing and maintaining strategic relationships with mid-market prospects and This includes meeting with customers on site, communicating via phone, email, and teleconference, providing subject matter expertise, preparing proposals, RFP responses, etc.
  • Delivering 30-minute demonstrations of all products available in your region & working with the Solution Engineer team for deep-dive demonstrations.
  • Working with the Client Success Team to satisfy and grow the existing client
  • Working closely with the Marketing and Sales Development Teams to move new prospects down the sales funnel.
  • Working closely with different departments to finalize customer agreements such as Finance, Legal & Deal Desk teams.
  • Maintaining Salesforce CRM for funnel management
  • Participating as a member in market specific trade organization(s). This includes becoming board member and/or joining committees as well as participating in Trade Shows, Thought Leadership talks, etc.


Your Qualifications
  • Consistent achievement of quota year on year ($1M+ ARR)
  • Strong background in Business Development
  • Experience selling to the C-Suite
  • Experience working with different departments within a large organization (Marketing, Legal, Finance, etc.)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce CRM and other tools made available to drive
  • Ability & willingness to travel throughout APAC as required to win new
  • Any and all other reasonable duties and tasks assigned for success in this


Preferred but not essential
  • Deep understanding of and a strong personal contact network within the specified market
  • SaaS Selling experience
  • Experience with MEDDIC or other Sales
  • PropTech Experience
  • Background in Real Estate
