Our client is a VC-backed company that provides real estate and property data via a secure API solution (SaaS) and bespoke data licensing deals, servicing a wide range of industries (real estate, insurance, mortgage & lending, home services). Based in British Columbia, Canada, they provide comprehensive nationwide coverage of 100M+ U.S. residential properties, helping their clients in the US power their business’ workflows and applications.

Account Executive (AE) – Job Overview

Our client is looking for an Account Executive reporting directly to the CEO to join their growing team. The company currently receives hundreds of inbound signups through their website, and requires help with activities from the top of the funnel, all the way to close: 

It is expected that the AE will work to improve the business in these four areas and increase conversion rates and revenue within 90 days. The AE will have to show increased revenue from sales through a repeatable, scalable, sales process (RSSP). Once the RSSP is understood, the AE will help achieve monthly revenue objectives and key results. In time, the AE will also be responsible for improving the reporting and tracking within HubSpot, so that the team is able to measure daily, weekly, and monthly activities.
