PropTech Account Director Sales role based in London, UK.

They’re seeking a talented Account Director to join their Sales team. The role reports to the CRO.

As an Account Director, you will play an invaluable role in their growth strategy and ability to achieve company goals.

You will be playing a key role in up-selling and cross-selling value adding services and growing existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and continued increases in revenue.

It is expected to understand and manage customers throughout their life cycle and drive service adoption through sales activities to existing customers.

The Skill Set
  • Drive an effective sales process: source to close to attain/exceed your sales budgets.
  • Work with their existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and expansion.
  • Effectively articulate the benefits of their services to prospective customers.
  • Design and execute account plans and strategies for all accounts.
  • Craft tailored content, including presentations, proposals and custom ROI analyses
  • Lead renewal processes and upsell
  • Record and document all prospect information in CRM
  • Enterprise B2B Account Management experience (SaaS solution preferred)
  • Experience in Travel Tech – Advantage
  • Experience with Data Analytics / BI – Advantage
  • Experience managing large enterprise customers as Account Manager (with revenue of at least $5M per annum)
  • Customer Centric
  • Excellent Stakeholder Management including working with C Level
  • Excellent Organization and Planning
  • Strategic Thinking
  • Account Management (P&L)
  • Presales/sales experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively and interact with users and customers
  • Fluent English speaker. Another European language – an advantage

The role requires International travel, of about 25% of the time.
