Being a niche and specialist solutions provider means we are able to call on our bespoke database, market knowledge and network to every requirement we work on.
Our services cover contingent recruitment which operates on a no win no fee basis. This would involve a database search which accounts for 60% of our overall placements with a current conversion rate of 78%.
We increasingly offer retained search which now accounts for 40% of our overall placements. This does not mean our clients pay more but will commit to paying a purporting of the fee 1/3rd up front. This buys our time to perform a greater level of research and market mapping, resulting in direct headhunting activities. Our retained conversion rate is currently at 98%.
We also offer project management on volume and block hires and will soon be offering RPO (Resource Process Outsourcing) solutions to our high growth clients.
Each of our clients have different needs and we would tailor the right solution depending on types of roles, level and skills required, volume and timelines. Once we have an in-depth understanding of the needs and requirements we would agree the most cost effective way forward and allocate the right level of resource in order to deliver results.
In choosing the right recruitment partner, you need to be confident you are dealing with someone who has a deep understanding of the role, your organisation and a clear understanding of what the perfect hire looks like.
