  • Establish and implement standardized methodologies across locations to ensure consistent quality of delivery.

Hands-On Execution

  • Participate directly in project delivery—eliciting requirements, creating reports, and building automated solutions in partnership with the team.
  • Convert multifaceted business requirements into actionable functional and technical documentation.
  • Evaluate and redesign operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
  • Drive organizational transformation initiatives while supporting the team’s execution of concurrent projects.

Technical Enablement

  • Ensure comprehensive documentation, quality assurance, end-user training, and adoption facilitation.
  • Track and evaluate performance indicators for implemented solutions.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Execute ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives as required to support the ongoing development of the analytical and innovation function.

Requirements

Experience & Qualifications

  • 7+ years of applicable experience within the industry sector.
  • Previous experience leading and developing teams in a collaborative, results-oriented setting.
  • Proven track record of managing initiatives across multiple regions and diverse working environments.
