Our Client is looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager.

About the Role
  
As a Customer Success Manager, you will serve a critical function in implementing our solutions for clients, ensuring initiatives are delivered with accuracy and excellence. This position is well-suited for candidates with industry experience who have the knowledge to manage sophisticated client ecosystems and engage effectively with stakeholders at every organizational level.
You will work directly with industry professionals including leadership, advisors, project leads, planners, site supervisors, technical coordinators, and technology specialists from leading firms in the sector, as well as asset owners and investors. This is a highly visible position that is essential to expanding our client portfolio and organizational success. In this role, you will build distinctive sector knowledge as you collaborate with clients and gain exposure to diverse initiatives.
  
Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate robust partnerships with client stakeholders, serving as a strategic advisor to accelerate platform utilization and sustained value realization.
  • Recognize and pursue growth and expansion opportunities within your designated client portfolio.
  • Develop compelling value propositions and business cases in collaboration with clients—ensuring positive user experience and contract continuity.
  • Educate and integrate client teams, customizing enablement programs to align with their unique processes and needs.
  • Deliver advanced-level consultation and assistance, resolving obstacles and providing strategic recommendations to optimize client results.
  • Serve as the client advocate, gathering feedback, understanding challenges, and communicating insights to inform product development priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., technical field, operational management, or related area).
  • 2+ years of experience in deployment, initiative management, or advisory capacities within the sector.
  • Comprehensive understanding of project lifecycles, with capability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, demonstrating professionalism and executive presence.
  • Familiarity with planning and scheduling software platforms.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-resolution capabilities to navigate initiative complexities.
  • Willingness to travel regionally and globally (up to 25%) as needed.
